What is Seltsake?

Seltsake is a sparkling spritz made with real sake and real fruit. It’s crisp, flavourful, and 8% ABV, a bold new way to drink, inspired by Japan and crafted in London.

Is Seltsake a hard seltzer?

Not quite. While it’s sparkling and refreshing, Seltsake is made with a base of premium sake not neutral spirit. Giving it a smoother, more complex flavour.

What’s the alcohol content?

Each 250ml can of Seltsake contains 8% alcohol by volume (ABV). It’s a little stronger than your typical spritz, but intentionally smooth and balanced.

What flavours are available?

We currently offer three Japanese-inspired flavour combinations:
• Japanese Pear
• Lychee & Lemongrass
• White Peach, Jasmine & Green Tea
All made with real fruit and carefully balanced for taste.

Is Seltsake vegan?

Yes. All our ingredients are 100% vegan-friendly, with no animal-derived products used in production or filtration.

Is Seltsake gluten-free?

Yes sake is naturally gluten-free, and so is Seltsake.

Do I need to chill it?

Seltsake is best served chilled, straight from the can or poured over ice. No need to shake or stir, just crack and sip.

Where is Seltsake made?

Seltsake is proudly developed and produced in the UK using a sake base and high-quality ingredients.

Where can I buy it?

You can order directly through our website, or find us in select bars, restaurants and retailers across the UK. Stockist map coming soon.
