We want you to love every can of Seltsake. While we can’t accept returns of alcoholic products due to safety and legal reasons, we’ll always make things right if something goes wrong.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for unwanted items, change of mind, or opened goods.
This policy ensures the safety and integrity of all products we deliver.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@seltsake.com with the following:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll assess your claim and offer a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your confirmation email and tracking details. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.
